Disabled account

Dear admin,

I just got this message:

Dear member,
Your account is disabled.
Please contact an administrator to solve this issue.

I don't really know what is the fastest way to contact you.
I know i broke the rules but it wasn't me.
I receive an cashout, it worked soo i told to my brother he wanted to create a new account.
He created PatriqDesigns, and he add mine paypal mail, because he dont have it.
Soo i had 2 accounts disabled.
Thinking that create another one would fix it, i create another account with the name of Pxtriq.
My brother said creating another one with a Hide IP program would fix it, so he did it and he created bmendes.

With all this history i have 4 accounts:
-patrik2400
-PatriqDesigns
-Pxtriq
-Bmendes

Soo what i want to ask, is if u can delete all fo them so i can create one new account with any problems.
If u can't, please just delete 3 of them and let PatriqDesings able to complete offers.

Please I will never, never screw up, and break the rules.

Opening multiple accounts in our site is not allowed, which is why these accounts were suspended.
Since you were honest about this and you were not using the other accounts to complete offers as of yet I would delete the other 3 and leave the account "PatriqDesigns" but do not attempt to use any new account because we will detect this and if that happens again there won't be a 2nd chance.
