Ok I did my first offer, but the banner for it did not disapear and I do not see it pending. I did get and responded to the confirm email. What did I do wrong?

you need to request payout in the "my offers" section.

And then wait for Tuesday-Wednesday when we check the offers and only then status of the offer is changing.
