If you complete installation for a download offer and the offer restarts your browser, can you lose the cookies used to track that download offer for completion? The reason I ask this because on several occasions when I attempt to complete a download offer, when installation is complete, it either shuts down my browser then restarts the browser either with all my tabs in tact or a completely new Firefox tab with the offer download saying "Thank you" and nothing else and I'm not sure because of this if it's disabling me from receiving credit for them.

Well that certain helps but they don't require any extensive tasks involved for completion so if
I can get another thought on the situation, it would definitely be much more helpful.

No, as far as I know it will not clear you browser's cookies even if it restarts it. We try to do our best to place all the offers that will leave a user with good impression. They will approve on time :)

I've read that If I provide screenshots of the offers that I completed that were not tracked
that I can receive credit for them, is this true?

We can't always be certain about this because we rely on advertisers to manually approve the offer for us if it wasn't tracked or something & then we approve it for you. So if the screenshot you provide us is not relevant to them then there is no way we can approve that offer for you. I hope you understand, Thanks.
