First time withdraw and account disabled for unknown reasons

I have contacted the administrator to consider that I withdraw money but not received, a few minutes later my account was disabled without any reason.
Looking administrator explained

You are using U.S IP to complete Offers/Surveys on our site even though you are located in Vietnam & that cased your account to get disabled. Please don't bother to create anymore threads about this issue.
