I'm not sure about all the process of withdrawing immediately, the best thing is to read the TERMS in the GameAccount website and see what they say. They might ask you for as copy of your card and proof of address and once they verify it (2-3 days) you would be able to withdraw the $15.00 you deposit.

If it's a UK Card they always do validation but I assume they cannot validate International card (such as from China) so they probably would ask for documents, that's how the advertisers in the UK work and they're based in the UK.
