You were using a proxy - your "ISP" is "Access Integrated Technologies, Inc."
This is not a genuine ISP, and this is a proxy and it's considered fraud to use it.
We have very clear rules regarding fraud.
We do not pay for fraudulent completed offers because not only we're risking ourselves not being paid but also good members can get hurt from it by the fact advertisers take off offers which are completed with fraud.
It's pure and simple.
