Have not received a cent

Hey.
I have cased out several times, the first time, friday the 7th of september and i have not received any money on my paypal account, i think i have cashed out 3 or 4 times since then and i have not received anyting. I
have waited far more than the 48 hours. I have mailed the support 2 times without any answers, and i have
tried to contact the moderators that were online. no body have answerd me.
