Hellu , what the difference in the status between "work" &"referrals"

Hello , i have a few referrals that marked as "work" and a few that marked as "referrals" what the diffirenece?i wiil get money about all of them?

You'll get paid for the active ones today's evening (US time).

Generally "work" status means that you'll get paid within 24 hours :-)
