And how Many times can i request for payout in A week.

You can request a payout as many times as you want, but once for every offer. We just process it once a week.

it isn't needed to "request the payout", the cashout is automatically just you've to add the completed offer to your offers list, here:
http://www.get-paid.com/offers.php

and wait for a week more or less (payments are weekly, tuesday/wednesday).
