Help Singapore IP Block !

Hi,

I'm new, you were helping me to create this id before.
Is it because the id created by admin, now i cant access singapore offer.
Error: " This page cannot be displayed since your IP address is associated with a non Singapore IP range"

Please check, I'm not using any proxy.
