Help with payment question

Hi, and thanks for the site. I'm really new (just joined moments ago) and I couldn't find any similar question, but if there are then I apologize for double post.

My question is basically this, I do not have a Paypal account yet, is it still possible for me to start doing tasks & try to get referrals and earn money for everything, and then be able to cash out everything once I've added a Paypal account?

Will any payments possible be lost doing this, or do they just keep adding up? It may be awhile before I can register a Paypal account. Thanks in advance:)

Welcome to Get-Paid :). You sure can make money here without filling in any payment processors info and your money with keep adding up till you cashout :).
