Help

I did like 40 offers, and less than half of them gave me my points. I cleared my cookies and milk, disable my adblocker and waited 24 hours and they still didn't give me my points. I'm guessing only 12% of the offers in this site actually give me the points I deserve. And from the download offers, the only thing I got for free is 3rd party malware softwares and not points. Can someone give me a list of the offer they've done that work? Thanks, not spending 10 hours on this site receiving only 10 points.

If you've completed offers and they are NOT TRACKED and you're sure you've completed them properly, you can contact the Support providing them the proofs in order to show that you've really completed the offers.


For example, a registering offer, you can forward the confirmation e-mail to the Support.

The status "Not tracked" means the offer was not tracked in the system, i.e. not approved.
This could be from many reasons such as if you provided invalid details or already registered for that promotion in the past, or if your details were already in the system by/from someone else etc.

The best we can suggest is to try and complete the offer again using a new email and preferably new details as well (of someone else in the household) and if that doesn't work neither then in that case forward the email confirmations to us and we would do our best to credit you against these offers with the advertisers.
