how come my account is disabled?

i have done 2 offers and then i go to my offers and im disabled :(

can some1 tell me what i did wrong

em dont worry guy it happes some times,
if u have dynamic ip u wont have any problem, ur ip will change and your account will be enabled again ;-)
or try resetting your router.
