You might want to PM the admin with your request, the public shouldn't really have your personal information such as PayPal e-mail, LibertyReserve ID etc.

Please, next time create a new topic for your personal issue...

Some days ago one user had the same problem than you, he refunded the payment to the admin(there's a special option in PayPal to do it) and created a thread here telling it to the admin in order to get the full payment (0,7$).
I think it wasn't needed that the admin checked the thread... automatically he received 0,7$ some hours late :-)

Anyway I'm going to tell now to the admin that checks this thread ;-) wait for his response.
