I did some Offers and i would like to know what "Work" status mean. Today is Tuesday, so how long it's will take to have my payment(to paypal)?

Someone feel free to correct me on this but I
believe work means that your offers are in the
process of being accepted by advertisers and
must be contacted before receiving credit.

Either Tuesday or Wednesday, it always changes depends on our workload, today it was Wednesday for instance.

yes, you've to wait for the next week (on wednesday more or less).

Yes, it would stay "Pending" until the day of verification. We are going to improve it though.
