Hi There! Is LR Delay Affecting PayPal Too?

Good Morning People.

I read the post on the "Announcement" section about LR being delayed and since I don't know if this affects PayPal payments as well, I want to make sure because I've not received payments from my Instant US offers completed on the 26th (PayPal) and is now the 30th..

Please let me know if the LR delay also applies to Pay-Pal

I use paypal, same problem. I have not received any payment instant or regular :(

Other payment methods aren't affected and PayPal and Alertpay payments were processed today in full.
