There have no Payout or Cashout option.So how can i get payout from this site???

It will be done automatically to your chosen payment type.
Just make sure your payment type and ID is correct, if you need to change it just contact us and we'll do it for you.

Just like gptreasue admin said,you will be paid automatically :

1. Tuesday and Wednesday,you will be paid for succesfully completed offers
2. Every Friday,you will be paid for new referrals(You must complete min. 1 offer every 30 days to get paid for your refs,or else,referral payments will be denied.)
