You need to use your email ID.
You can choose PayPal and simply enter your Moneybookers email and then each time you want to cashout you choose Moneybookers and it will be sent to the email registered as your payment ID.

We are aware (and apologise) of the fact you cannot simply enter your Moneybookers email directly, however for now this is the way you do that.
