When i click the offers button it says that my offers are disabled? Why? I also have contacted the GPTreasure staff but after 2 days there is not response.

I'm sorry you haven't received reply yet, we do reply within 48 hours.

You need to disconnect your modem and reconnect it, and then try again to login to your account please.

Erm....... What do you mean by disconnect the modem? I'm not very good with computers. I'm also using wireless.

The modem is connected to the electricity so you need to disconnect it from the electricity for 20 seconds, and then connect it back.

It's just like plugging out and in your microwave or any other electronic device. Nothing to do with computers :-)
