So i add some survays but i don't know where to click to do them can somebody help me ?

and you will see: Which offer have you completed?
you should select the offer you have completed and then hit on SUBMIT button ;-) the offer will be added with the status PENDING You should wait one week (to the next wednesday) and it will become PAID or CLICK HERE (if it isn't properly completed)

you don't understand me i already choose surveys and submit them and status is pending .

I'm sorry but I think I don't understand you. Let's see...
once time the offer is already COMPLETED and SUBMITED the only thing you should do is WAIT for the payment, no more. You don't have to do nothing more. ;-) Just wait for one week, (payments are each tuesday-wednesday).
