I am from asian ,How can i do some offers?

I'm newbie and from asian.I can't find any offer suit for me,How can i do offer? Help!

1. Register.
2. Click on the offers button. (Upper right corner)
3. Choose your country.
4. Complete an offer by following instructions.
5. Click on the "My Offers" button (Left panel)
6. Submit the offer you completed.

Thank you for reply.but there isn't my country .Because I from china.

If your country isnt there then use the internation offers section ... its available to everyone except for a few countries

And if I am not mistaken ppl from China arent allowed to do offers here ... Ask the admin for more details
