I can't log in from explorer!

Dear support team,
I have contacted you with this problem before with no conclusion so I will mention it here. I have a laptop running windows XP with explorer 8 and Chrome as browsers. I can not log in with explorer. I have set the cookies to accept all with no result. Chrome works fine except I cannot get surveys approved, I think, because I can't find anything on Chrome to access cookies settings. I also have Norton Antivirus but you say this is not a problem. Please help. I either need to have a fix for explorer or chrome or anothe solution or I will have to quit. I have only made $.75 in 10 days, not worth the time. I am on level 4 and can't even get enough coins to spin the wheel!

I just discovered that pushing control, sift, delete on Chrome also gets rid of cookies and displays many settings. I will clear cookies before I try to do another survey.

Please take screenshots this time as you complete the offers/surveys so in-case they don't approve. We will be able to contact the advertisers along with the proofs you provided.

I still can not log in with explorer. I tried to do a survey with chrome after eliminating cookies and it said at the end that it was complete but today I still have not received any coins.
