I do it all but i didn't get my money.

Dear admin,
First of all i would like to thank you for your time and consideration.
So , i am from Tunisia and many offers i can't do it (this offer is not available to you country).
Also a have do many outher offers but i didn't get my pay ..(MegaCloud,BidHere.com,MyBrowserCash-INTL,MyMusicTube-INTL.......) i do it all but i didn't get my payment .
I would like to know the reason..
