Sir,

I don't see you have requested payouts for offers you have completed, at all, so you might have confirmed your PayPal but you still need to request payouts for the offers you complete, and if you don't do that then you won't be getting any payments because without requesting payouts we cannot process anything for you, and currently your list is empty.

in order to request your payment if you go to EARN CASH tab you'll find your cash balance and there you can request cashout!
