I dont recieve my coins but offer is completed...

I completed the Matomy offer "Estudio de peso" properly and it's already approved but I just got for it 1 coins, but the offer is paid with 1353 coins, where are my 1353 coins??
Im from Spanish.

Do you have any screenshot showing how much this offer is worth?
I also see you post about it only on the 28th of August but the offer completed is from the 13th of August.

Usually users need to let us know about it much more instantly, why are you posting about it only now if I may ask?

Our system indicates it was 1 coin he made from Matomy, and usually it's very rare they pay so many coins ...
