I got a problem with the points !!

Hi ,i completed some points offers(16)(Paymentwall) but i received only 21(for 2 offers) point can i ask why ?

i got the start inquiry button and they tell me to send an attached file with the program but how do i attach file?.....and if i got to atach and send e-mail for all 14 offers .... that i completed is a big waste of time......

I'm very sorry for the delay with my response.
I am not sure how the screen looks in Italy and why there is no "Browse" button to look for the file you wish to upload and simply upload it through the screen, which is normally how it is supposted to work.

Are you able to provide a screenshot of the screen you are seeing so I can forward this to the advertiser and ask him to rectify the problem for you? Many thanks in advance!

I really dont know what happens ,they pay the first 2-3 offers completed and after stops .....i`m talking about external links paymant wall ,sponsorpay and radiumone
And i got some offers that are in Pending from Wednesday ....can u give a look ?the problem is that if dont pay me ,i got to stop and wait ....

This is how you "attach" your screenshot to your message.
