I have a question

1.Am I allowed to make another account on a different computer (ip address) and be reffered by myself?

2.If I, for instance, use my parents' credit cards for an offer that requires it, do they take out money from it or just wait until the "free trial" is over and then take money out. Also, if I put a credit card on paypal, and pay for something that I already have enough money for, do they use the credit card instead? Thanks.

1. u can only have one account, one account per person is allowed, no more.

actually the majory of people have dynamic IP then they could have more than one account but its not allowed. (the rules).

2. i dont recommend u to use the credit card of your parents because i think they take out money, im not sure but i wouldnt do it..
