You wait for us to check those offers for you and mark them either as "Paid" or "Click Here" (if you check your account every sec you might also see a temporary status "Work" on them but you can ignore it until the final status appears).

You will get paid for these offers only if you completed them properly and I assume you picked randomly a payment for the Finnish offer but since you're not from Finland this offer for sure will show up "Click Here" in 1-2 days.

The final status for the offers appears every week on Tue-Wed, so just letting you know about it all.
