I haven't received coins for the activities I've completed.

Hey, I'm new here so I'm probably just doing something wrong. I have completed many tasks including a
survey and signing up for offers but I haven't received any coins. I've done everything that it says to do in the description of the task and I've even signed up for a free trial on a site which should've converted to 1000 coins, but still nothing. Thanks for anyone who can help.

You are using a University IP, it could cause the offers automatically to be rejectded because University IPs are rejected by many advertisers (automatically) to stop non-US users faking their IP etc.
As a good gesture we would get some of these approved, but kindly use a different IP for completing other offers.

About your question,
Firstly - your request's status will be on a "Pending" status immediately after your submission.Then within 20 minutes if the offer was completed properly it would be under an "APPROVED" status.If not - then it will remain "PENDING" and we would keep on checking it automatically 3 times an hour for a few more days until we determine whether the offer can be approved or not.
Offers which are left on "PENDING" status for more than 48 hours are likely not to be approved, but please take this as a guideline only, as some offers can be approved once a week as well on certain days.
Next, For non-approved offers there will be a "Click Here" link to explain to you what you need to do, so click on it to understand what went wrong.
