I haven't received my money

I got 0,50$ and I didn't have any problem but four days ago I tryed to get 0,53$ I haven't received it yet. I know that they need 48h to be processed and I have written an email to contact with administrators but I haven't got any response.

I would be grateful if you could help me.

PD: Excuse my english, I'm spanish.
