Okay, I just don't know where to start on offers to get money.

I would say first do your country offers than do international offers and than try to be a gold member so u can go gold offers ^^

If you're from US you can click on the US flag and complete the offers there, every offer has instructions, the general instructions are in our FAQ but you can also use the forum.

Ok,Starting from the home page where can I find this U.S flag.

and I thought I put this in the support section.

Click on "Offers" (the button in red font on the top-right side of the screen), then the US flag will show up there.
