I think he's talking about that e-mail that you're supposed to receive when you join get-paid to confirm your account.

I can't activate your account twice. On our system it says that your account has already been activated. So please check your account again and make sure you're paying attention to the error message that you are getting. Can you please copy and paste the error message that you're getting?
