Where does the big offer show up? On Step 2?

is the offer are one of them?
And I reached the final steps:

I mean, where is that big offer? Just after I filled in the info at the 2nd page?

There is no big offer.
There are several offers that you can choose to opt in to after completing the first 2 pages of that Instant Offer. It normally has a screen of a big logo (allowing you to access an offer) which you can skip or complete.
