Could this be the reason why I'm not earning anything from completing many offers? Or would it be something to do with cookies?

Please try using Firefox/Internet Explorer & be sure to clear Cookies after each offer. That should increase the approval rate.

And make sure you're completing properly the offers... I recommend you to follow 100% their instructions.

Btw, I use Google Chrome and it works perfect to me.
