Do we get paid "every" week? As in, we get paid for offers we've done say, last month? Just wanted to make sure I was understanding this correctly.

Yes, payments are being processed every week, or to be precise: Once A Week.

So it doesn't matter for instance if you complete the offers on the last few days of the month, it always goes by the week.

So if I get like 5 dollars a week, I will get 5 dollars every week?

It's not so easy to get 5$ when you just started,
If you have a Credit Card you can get from 2$-15$
So, if you finish 4 offer with the total of 5$
you will get your 5$ between Tuesday and Wednesday.
