Ummm....I'm a Chinese and I can take the International offers. Do you mean you're in China but you can't enter the International offers section?

Maybe you can't enter it with a China IP I guess, try asking admin why. Maybe he will be able to resolve this problem or let you in Gold-club like he said earlier on.
