Instant offer error

Why after i fill info in 2nd page.It reached to final steps page.I don't see 3rd offer page.Very many offers have this error.Please check it.

After 2nd page, this said proccessing....please wait.And then it reach to Final steps page.Direct to Final steps page, not to 3rd page.So i can't do any offer.What's happen?? :(

The 3rd page is a list of offers you can complete - these are the "sub-offers" and if you complete them you would get paid up to $2.00

I see this error too.I try offer " GearsOfWar3 ".After fill my email and click continue, this is 2nd page :

And i then i clicked offer FreeCreditScore.com but this is results :

All offers in Finals page has expired.:(.

And i have a question : You said in 3rd is "Sub - offers" but all offers in this page is silver offers and gold offers ex :
