InstantUS Banner Problem

When I try to click the banners in the Instant US section, it opens a new window/tab with the title "GIF Image," and doesn't load the page. I have my pop-up blocker off, and I tried to use IE and Firefox to open the tabs and windows of multiple banners with no success. Please reply with a solution to my problem. Thank you.

I think you should mention which offer you're having trouble with, that would help the admin :-)

Yes, all of the banners in that section are not working for me.

Strange... You should wait for the admin to answer on this one I think

This is the first time I've ever encountered this such problem. Can you please include screenshots showing the problem?

It seems to be fixed now after I got a new anti-virus program. I had Kaspersky and now I have Sophos which I need for college.
