InstantUS offers not working?

I tried some InstantUS offers and it is supposed to bring pages of different surveys/offers and then go to the last page where it says to do the "Gold, Platinum, Silver offers," which I don't do but the surveys/offers before this is what is payed for the $0.60. Anyways, this time it went automatically to the last offer page without any offers in the middle. I did like 6-7 of these and they all did the same. I submitted them and got paid one penny for each. I thought it was the browser I used that was faulty (Google Chrome), so I switched to IE, but still same problem. Help?
