Ip not of my country?

Hey I just joined GPtreasure~ hello all~ Apparently when I tried to click on the canadian offers section, it said my IP was not that of Canada, why is that? im clearly in it and its not letting me through, could you provide some assisstance?

It's a bug ,
PM an Admin and he would fix it.

it's a bug of your provider.
