Issue with TokienAds

hey admins and mods,
i had completed several download and install offers from TokenAds and they were still showing offer incomplete in the offer status page, so i submitted the support ticket from that page and they replied that they need some kind of proof, and i always take screenshots after i complete a survey or after instaling the softwares. and today i got reply from them that the advitiser reports that the offer was not completed from "THEIR" system. so they are not going to credit me for the hard work i did.
here is the email i got from them.

i can email the proof pictures to the email address of your support email if you want because i cannot post the proof pictures here coz my post count is just 10.. I WANT MY CREDITS MAN!!!

me to same problem roshan i am also downloaded that type offer but cents for that are not crediting to my account,
admin can u check once.

the tokenad support team replied to me that i didn't complete the offer from their website. so they didn't credit me. i think the admins here on get-paid can do something with their contracts with the tokenads or something, lets hope we get our rewards

Hi there,

Unfortunately TokenAds are crediting users on a basis we have no control over.
I can definitely let you know that many other users in our site have completed TokenAds tasks and have been credited for it, and that is including today and yesterday.

I suggest if you have issues with this specific provider that you skip on its tasks and complete tasks elswhere, such as from our "Tasks" section which there you might be treated more favourably.
