Issue with few offers

Dear admin
I am facing an issue with some of the offers as I get an error "Your IP address was already been used for completing this offer." when I click on some offers e.g "RewardMe.in" offer in EasyOffers while I didn't even check this offer earlier.

Request you to please look into this and let me know if I have made any mistake.

I have completed two offers of Payment wall but I didn't get any credits I have even prevised them the proof that I ve completed the offer :(
