Just confused with Coins and Balance

Hi Team,

This is Dhananjay. Today only I registered with this site, so excuse me if this is not the right forum to ask this question.
I earned some coins and cash (some balance showing on my toolbar). I tried to redeem coins and it showed me that my coins are redeemed for my balance. Now my coins are showing as Cashout and my balance is showing as previous. Sorry but I am not getting what exactly equal to 1 coin means in terms of dollars and how can I redeem my balance to my paypal. I tried to figure it out from "How it works" page. Please let me know if you need any other information.

1 Coin Equals With 0.002$
you should have 250 coin to redeem your coins
you should have 500 coins to redeem your coins in ceratin countries

Just like "gbazsa" said. The minimum payout for members from the UK, US, Canada and Australia is 500 coins ($1), and for all other members is 250 coins ($0.5).
