Well, I tried to log on to my ID with my normal net. I get an error saying - "You are registered as BAD_IP by Protector."

Does this mean that all Indian IPs have been banned now? Could someone explain the problem?

It's just the protection module of xoops. This can happen normally when you try to make several attempts to connect (it bans your IP), but it may be something else.
