Yes, it's only a temporary problem, please see:

We are sorry for that delay, it's really annoying and frustrating us to wait for LR funds but as we said we would use all means to get you paid so if by next week there are no news we would send another transfer to another supplier until we get enough funds to pay everyone.

We hope not!
We will do all we can to make sure there won't be another delay next week, we have enough resources to prevent another delay, but just wait for our update, maybe later on today (Friday) we'll have some good news already.
