Level Bonus | Get Paid

Hello Everybody!
Could you please explain me the way level bonuses work?
When I was level 10, I had a bonus of 12%, and now I leveled up it's kind of 5%... and I'm confused... maybe I didn't understand the level bonus explanation properly

We had to cut the level bonuses by 2, because of negative ROI.
