I got updates for you:

1) The description in the "How it Works" page has been changed and is now providing correct and up to date information.
2) Members like Sara who get to Level 25 would be entitled to more frequent bonuses, this is now announced here as well:

3) If you haven't received a bonus a few days ago we're very sorry about it, but the issue has been rectified.

Hi Sara,
I've reported the problem and as soon as I hear back I would get back to you and see why you're not getting your bonuses yet. You would be compensated for the missing coins.
