Livesample.com

So I just now did a Livesample survey (not complaining about payments-- I know it takes up to 48 hours). There's a few complicated bits of it though, as right when I finished the survey I was directed to Myview, which tried to make me sign up for a new account, so I just logged into my account with a different email. There was no real confirmation though when I did- I don't know if it means anything, as long as time I had an issue with a Livesample survey one of the representatives asked me if I completed the sign up. As for the second, more important portion of my post.. The survey I was taking gave me the option to take a second half for an "extra" incentive, though all I see is the usual 300 coin pending. Will I be credited for the "extra" incentive promised to me by Nielson?

this week livesample has problem, I have the same issue twice, if you finish a live sample survey is comon reach myview page is like the thank you page thats the end. this happend to me:

Daily survey: "PR1904-US" this daily survey has problem too (Daily survey: "PR1904-US" and "live-sample") those are not getting credit even if you completed 100%.

Sorry, there is no way I can take a screenshot because I did the survey several days ago and then when I attempted to get back to the page to take a screenshot of the completion page, the page wasn't available (immediately after completing the survey you're told "thank you!" and then routed for my view). Sadly no proof, but at least I tried to get it.

It's been a week guys, I just want my coins. I honestly took the survey, it was on mobile phones and by nielson. I don't care about the extra incentive promised by them, I just want the 300 coins for the time I spent.

We can't manually approve Offers/Surveys. Our system automatically processes approvals that we receive. Unfortunately sometimes Offers/Surveys are not tracked. I recommended clearing your browsers cookies/cache before completing surveys.

I've had surveys approved after I've emailed the site before, I don't see why this time is any different. I hate to drag this on but I want what I rightfully earned
