If i have tryed the lotto offer and didn't win can i try it againe, or if i win can i also repet the offer?

Lotto results on the first day of each month are announced..

Next Draw = November 01, 2009

Also,
If u can't win in November draw,
next mont no need to again complete offer,
"My Offers" just submit offer again!
