It's probably an IP-cross. Did you login with two accounts on the same IP?

If you have logged in, on the same computer, with 2 users, you will get banned. It's called an IP-cross.

2 computers have different IP's (Internet Protocol)

When you try to loggin with a different gptreasure account (try to loggin with 2 users) with the same IP/the same computer, you account automatically gets disabled 8-) = IP cross
